I root for the Jacks when the outcome of their games doesn't affect the Bats, and it's sad to see how they've fallen apart. I'm also a fan of Doug Johnson, but a rookie coach might not be the answer for Odessa, given their current state of affairs.

FWIW......I heard a rumor that Greg Gatto may be interested in returning to the league. Food for thought.

What the Jackalopes need is confidence, A shame that the first win came against a team they were playing again the next night, the second win is always harder to win when you win the first. I don't care to call out players by name, but there are a few that need to step it up and start playing like they think a win is possible. Interesting to see what happens on the 12th.

Are they really that bad? We play them this afternoon and need some points. But given the Bees inconsistent and often crappy play, Odessa still has a shot.

In my humble opinion, the Jacks need to get rid of Ewasko. He does nothing but skate around and try to incite fights. If you were to use his spot for someone who can not only do that but also score goals or create scoring opportunities, like a Silverstone or Wildfong, it might be different. Let him use that Masters degree somewhere where it will be helpful - OFF THE ICE!

Odessa sucks.

Ewasko is a monster. He is huge. On the Jacks only goal tonight he planted himself in front of the crease and blocked Van Nynatten when the shot was taken. It whizzed right by VN without him even seeing it.

Seems his size could be used for this like it was tonight.

odessa has pretty much ship wrecked this season.

if they can have a good off-season and bounce back on their feet- i think they will be better next year.

it must be tough losing a coach midseason.

I think you mean WILL be hell....I don't think it will be next year, but without some serious damage control, the day is coming. What is bothering me right now is the rumors about ticket prices next year. I mean, it is February. Why am I getting emails and myspacemails from friends about ticket prices at this time? Damage control better be coming, and quick, because I'm seeing people who are looking for reasons to justify not coming back next year.

As a STH I am very upset over all that has happened. I was going to give my tickets for the remainder of the season away, but I figure an empty seat is a better statement. That is with the exception of the march game with the BUCKS, need to pack the house and Welcome back margo!! lol..I will not renew my tickets for next year, time to be casual fan again...Its really to bad because befor the McKee thing we were in pretty good shape, wen to hell in a hand basket real fast
