Komets Goalie St. Pierre Headed to Tulsa

(WANE) Komets goalie Kevin St. Pierre will be leaving the team for his new assignment with the Tulsa Oilers of the CHL.
St. Pierre told his teammates about the move on Monday night, and the Oilers will introduce St. Pierre at a Wednesday press conference. The Komets got a franchise-record 42 wins from St. Pierre this past season. He was named the UHL's goalie of the year, and award he also won back in 2004.
He ranks second all-time in career UHL wins with 177. His 26 shutouts are a franchise and league record. Keep it to NewsChannel 15 on Tuesday night and Wednesday for the latest on St. Pierre's move to the CHL.
