Not to take anything away from what the Mudbugs did by making a heck of a run, and taking the Governors cup away, but I still have to ask this question.
It remains to be seen, but with the playoff format of the team that is supposed to have home ice advantage playing a 2 3 2 series on long road trips. Is it really bad to not have the home ice in that situation? We all remember what happened to the Eagles last year when they dropped one game on home ice to the Mudbugs. The Eagles’ fans never got to see another playoff hockey game. While this post makes a lot of assumptions about the Eagles and Mudbugs winning 2 rounds to setup this match up, I just want to give some depressed Eagles fans something to ponder.

Not a bad thing to look for the bright side.
However, as a Bugs fan, I'll take the Gov
