I've been trying not to acknowledge that the team will have Ice Girls. I hope they aren't the embarrassment that I thought the Ice Bats' various dance teams were. But I don't know. They refer to them officially as the "Texas Stars Austin Diamond District Ice Girls". That's sure a mouthful, and I'm not sure what it's all about.

Not much can top Wichita's version though. They carried the name of a welding company or something as I recall. And they must have been so fat and ugly that they turned off the lights when they came out.

That's where all the STH money is going....they're going to have to pay for the "elective cosmetic procedures" for the dancers somehow.....
