Yeah, isn't that scary? Geez.

The effin' Rangers....I can understand them not signing Shanahan, I could even understand them not signing Jagr. I don't understand why they didn't sign Avery. It's very disappointing. He was a first-class dickhe-- umm, "energy guy."

It's truly mystifying given the way the market ended up, and the Rangers' record with him in the line-up. He wasn't asking for an unreasonable amount. The entire salary landscape might be unreasonable (again, already), but that's another story.

You wonder if these athletes aren't just fed up with all the bullshit that surrounds American sports. (And yeah, the exchange rate too.)
