vandermeer was given a head shot with two fists and a stick to the face, and there is no call. vandy was down injured and wasn't moving much, and the ref just looked at him and kept the game going.
that's pretty ridiculous. that shows you how bad the refs in this league really are.
other than that, the loss was pretty tough last night. mcwhinney didn't have much to do on the overtime goal, they chopped the puck away from him, and he couldn't move. hopefully he will pull things together tonight, i think we can take arizona.
