You got that right! What's to complain about? We had a really bad night and were embarrassed by a 7-1 loss against a team we should have beaten. That said, we are still 5 points ahead of Memphis with a 35-10-0 record, I'm ok with that. What matters most is how the team responds to that ugly-a$$ loss!

eagles never had respect from me, i never liked any of there players- becuase if they dont win, they cheap shot. intently trying to injure our players isnt going to get you anywhere (filipic on vandermeer), that right there made me hate the eagles even more.

Are we livin' in the past? What the hell does a shutout last year have to do with this year? The fact of the matter is that the Eagles are the overall better team this year and SHOULD have beaten Amarillo. They obviously didn't show up to play the whole game and Amarillo did, making them the better team on that particular night, end of story. Haven't you heard that even a blind squirrel gets an acorn every now and then? I don't need your respect 'cause frankly, I don't give a rat's ass what you think. Here's what I know, make it all the way this year or not, we will have another good team next year. You pathetic losers can't even sell out your barn, so whether or not you still have a team is year to year at best.

We have as good a chance as anyone to go all the way. Any team in this league can beat anyone on a given night, so we will see what happens.

Ah man my life is truley over, I don't have respect from fans on another team who I have never met, and probably never will. I should go jump off a bridge. What am I to do? I can't go on. I guess I will cry in my beer and complain about stuff that happened last year and hope and pray that because someone doesn't want the Eagles to win it all this year it won't happen. Blah Blah Blah..... I can't believe you haven't used the Eagles cheat card yet, oh wait that is probably next.
Frankly in regard to Respect, I don't need or did I ever ask you for your respect. I respect people and teams because that was how I was raised, but I have learned in life that most people don't respect themselves, so don't expect respect from them. Continue to root for your team and I will continue to root for mine, and I will also continue to read positive and negative post about the Eagles and respect the opinions of thoughs who write them. I will also choose to disagree with those opinions that I disagree with, and will post about it. As for respect, you can keep it. I don't need your respect to justify my opinions or my arguements.

You know all the reasons for the hate--we cheat, we have no salary cap, we pay players under the table, Chris Stewart has sooo much money because he is Bill Gates' long lost brother, the moon is made of green cheese.....I have actually had someone refer to Chris Stewart as none other than satan himself. I'm just hoping your boys aren't so pissed off about being shamed that they take it out on our boys tonite. Should be a good game....if both teams hit the ice lookin to play solid hockey. (and if we don't have to deal with the Sterns Show again).

| The whole thing that happened to Vandermeer was not intentional well to me anyways. Vandy said he knew the guy was coming up from behind him so he tried to move but wasnt fast enough. His body got out of the way just not his leg.

well now. the eagles had a great 2nd period tonight, but then completely collapsed in the 3rd and the bugs become the third visiting team this season to walk away from the BEC with 2 points. i guess it sucks not being able to play the rage every other game anymore.
if this keeps up, that governors cup might be heading south this season (either southaven or bossier)
