Did you see what Alexander Ovechkin did last night? He broke his nose, got hit in the mouth by a puck and took several stitches in his lip....and then came back onto the ice and SCORED FOUR GOALS to beat the Montreal Canadiens.

Unbelievable.

wow and the statesman coverage of that game is so bland you would have never known what Mr. Ovechkin had to do to beat those Canadiens; it does say "the young Russian leads the NHL with 43 goals and took over the points lead with 70." nothing about his injury - puck to the face and stitches, etc.
I see your rangers had a shutout over the 1st place flyers on the road last night - that is a very tight division: your guys are only 5 points behind philly. similar to the stars and their pacific compadres - not counting LA [of course]

good luck to you and your rangers,
chiro
