yes, Rugg insisted on the fight. Brass tried to tell him it wasn't a good idea. Guess some boys just have to learn things the hard way.
Butch waved the flag and tossed a few bottles.
Brand had Toga asking the linesman to stop the fight.
The Wildfong and whoever wasn't enough to call a fight.
Tulsa started with stupid penalties early.
Tulsa kept saying "meow'
Basically, the Bugs played smart tonite and still didn't take any crap. It was definitely an exciting game.

my favorite goal of the night was fairbarn's on a 5 on 3 when he had the puck in the slot and all the tulsa players were in the corner. fairbarn had enough time to look down at the puck, look back at angela, and look for the best place to shoot. angela got beat so bad he didnt even move, just turned around to make sure it went in

Tulsa decided to see what happens if they play hickey instead of seeing what they can get away with. Rugspoot pulled them out. Good job Greasers.

ack!
Tulsa obviously wasn't happy with last nite's results and decided to try a different tactic tonite. It worked. Our boys started playing some hockey about 17 minutes into the second but couldn't pull it out in the end.
Not much to say except we got outplayed....congrats to tulsa on the win.

as for the game, our puck control was TERRIBLE. if there was one thing that lost the game for us, its was that. way too many turnovers. thats not to take way from what the oilers did, they took full advantage of a few the bugs turnovers.
